Vermont Western CorridorFranklin and Grand Isle Counties, represented by the Northwest Regional Planning Commission, is located in the most northwestern section of Vermont. Lake Champlain, St Albans, and the Canadian border are prominent landmarks on this mostly rural stretch of Route 7.
