Study Team
A consultant team led by PB Americas, Inc. was hired to assist with the development of the Western Corridor Transportation Management Plan. PB staff has taken on numerous transportation planning assignments in Vermont including the Vermont State Rail Policy Plan (2006), the Vermont 2001 Long Range Transportation Plan Update and the Rail Capital Investment Policy Plan. Other consultant firms working on the plan are: Cambridge Systematics which will lead efforts in the areas of economic issues and financial planning, Fitzgerald & Halliday, Inc., coordinator of the public involvement process, and Stantec, Inc. which will conduct traffic engineering and analysis.
